Business Representative

Duties of a Business Rep,

The Business Representative shall devote their time and effort to, and be responsible for, the conduct of all business of the District Lodge as assigned by the President/Directing Business Representative (PDBR). Such duties and business shall include, but not be limited to, contract negotiations; organizing; the adjustment of grievances; arbitration; contract enforcement and interpretation; apprenticeship and training programs; preparation of reports as required and any other duties assigned by the PDBR.

About Vic…

Vic took over as our Business Representative for the members of Lockheed Martin in May of 2025. Vic started working for Lockheed Martin in October of 2018 as a Systems Checkout Mechanic at Site 2. Shortly after, in 2019, he upgraded to a Fab/Dev. Structure Mech. Finally, in 2023, he moved to ADP as a Flight Ops. Inspector. He interviewed for the Business Rep. position because he wanted to see someone fill the vacancy for our Rep come from Lockheed Martin. His goal is to create a better work experience and environment for every member that we have on the floor.

What are your goals as a Business Representative?

I will do my due diligence to fully represent every member with any issue that is brought to me, whether it be large or small, and to give the members the comfort that they may need in the situation that they may be going through. Sometimes we will run into tough situations, but we will "FIGHT" together.
